Powered by a 36-volt magnet DC 800 watt motor that features a direct drive through, and a 30:1 reduction gearbox  ;this compact wonder packs a powerful punch. Drivers can choose between hand or foot-acceleration ensuring effortless speed control.  With a maximum speed ranging from 8 to 10 mph this portable powerhouse is designed to tackle any challenge with ease. Its unrivaled hill-climbing ability combined with an impressive turning radius, maneuverability is never a challenge. When it's time to stop, the single regenerative electromagnetic braking system guarantees a safe and controlled halt. The Cricket ESV comes equipped with three heavy-duty sealed 12-volt 85-amp/hour batteries, and the convenience of on-board charger. Crafted from MIG-welded high-tensile steel with corrosion protection, the sturdy frame ensures durability for years to come. The molded polymer-reinforced plastic body adds a touch of modern style.
